Extreme Body Weighted Workouts for Men

 

EXTREME BODY  WEIGHTED  WORKOUT - 7 Steps
All these Exercises are Weighted

1. Squats (x15)
2. Pull ups (x15)
3. Dips (x15)
4. Dead Lifts (x15)
5. Tuck Planche Hold (MAX)
6. Korean Dips (x15)
7. Tricep Extensions (MAX)

Repeat this sequence 3 times to complete.

This workout routine is designed by adding weights to calisthenic exercises. This will help build strength and increase repetitions.

This is Smith Rack Stepping Back Lunges Exercise

On doing this you should keep in mind following points:
Keep your weight on your front heel
Don’t let your front knee go forward passing your toe
Sit your butt back Go as low as you can do comfortably
Keep your back light straight to slightly bent

In the series there are 3 sets of 10-12 reps per leg.
There should be a resting of 90 seconds between each set.
